Shiraz 2007

A ripe medium bodied Shiraz displaying aromas of Mulberry and Blackberry with well integrated spicy oak. The wine is balanced by fine tannins providing excellent structure and depth.

Will cellar for 2-5 years.

A medium bodied and spicy Shiraz displaying sweet berry fruits. This wine is balanced by fine tannins and subtle oak complexity providing an elegant finish.

Shiraz 2005

A philosophy of producing superior quality fruit from low yielding vines, is the basis of this premium 2005 vintage. A full-bodies Shiraz of intense colour, it has rich spicy fruit of blackcurrant on the nose. It was given 18 months in new American Oak to complement the immense flavour and tannin this wine possesses.

This wine will continue to develop for 6 - 10 years.

A medium bodied Tempranillo with classic spice any savoury flavours balance by sweet berry fruits. Fine Tannins provide good structure and length to the finish.

Tempranillo 2009

Bright, glossy colour with an intense purple rim. The nose shows prominent red fruits, especially ripe strawberry and bramble rose. The fruit follows on to the palate quite well displaying some wild spice and cherry characteristics. There is quite a silky mouthfeel with very fine tannins and an elegant finish.

A soft, fruity Rose made from our Tempranillo grapes displaying lifted aromas of toffee apple, sweet ripe berry fruits and spice. Balanced with a crisp and lively finish.

Verdelho 2009

Green straw colour. Fresh aromatic nose of grapefuit and paw paw with a slight talcum edge. The palate is quite generous with citrus/honeysuckle. Good length and flavour persistence carried by spicey acidity.
